Black PP Granules are manufactured through a multi-stage process including:

• Material segregation (raffia film, molded plastic scrap)

• Hot-wash and float separation

• Precision extrusion with laser filtration (110–130 µm)

• Granule cutting for uniform pellet size

Each batch is quality-controlled for moisture, melt flow, and contamination to meet the high demands of production-grade polymer applications.
